Spiritual direction is a reflective conversation focused on your relationship with God. It is a place to speak honestly, listen prayerfully, and discern how the Spirit may be moving in your life.

I am a trained and certified spiritual director passionate about companioning others as they grow in intimacy with God. I completed a recognized spiritual direction formation program and participate in ongoing supervision and professional development. My own journey with a spiritual director shapes how I listen and serve.
I draw from a variety of spiritual practices — quiet prayer, scripture reflection, gospel contemplation, and listening prayer — to support your journey. I am committed to ethical practice, confidentiality, and creating a safe, grounded space for you.

No. Spiritual direction focuses on spiritual awareness and discernment. If counselling or therapy would be more appropriate, I can help with referrals.
That is completely okay. Prayer in spiritual direction is simple and gentle. There is no pressure to perform or use certain words.
Spiritual direction is rooted in Christian tradition, but you do not need to have a strong faith background to participate. Curiosity and openness are enough.
Spiritual direction is less about guidance or instruction and more about listening together for God’s presence in your life.
